What happens if I need to cancel my holidays due to the Covid-19 measures?
  • Carefree booking – cancellations are of course free of charge in these times. When the measures are maintained (i.e. border closures D/CH/A etc.) new & existing reservations in the summer months can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days before arrival or rescheduled flexibly.
  • Should the measures be suspended and unlimited travelling be possible, our regular cancellation conditions apply.
  • Advance payments of course do not get lost: They are transformed into a voucher which cannot expire and can be redeemed at an alternative date with us.
Cancellation conditions

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply – this means:

Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the price
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price

In case of a cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the price.

In order to avoid cancellation costs we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to do this for you, i.e. we will take care of the formalities and pay the premium in advance. The amount will be added to the room bill on site. If you have questions about the different possibilities and the insurance we will be happy to be here for you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Check-in and check-out times

Your room will be available for you on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm.
If you arrive earlier you can use the Garden-SPA on the day of arrival from 10.00 am.
But you can also start your holiday with breakfast. Breakfast is available from 8.00 to 10.00 am (€ 15.00 per person)

We ask you to vacate your room on the day of departure until 11.00 am. You are free to use our Garden-SPA on the day of departure (on request, € 20.00 per person).

Payment options

If you pay your hotel bill in cash (min. 5 days) you receive a beauty voucher worth € 20.00 per full-paying person.

Pets

Dogs are welcome in our hotel. We allow ourselves to charge a fee of € 25.00 per day (without food).

Single rooms

For single occupancy in the double room we charge a surcharge of 30% per day.

WLAN

Wireless internet is free and available in the whole house.

Parking and charging station for e-cars

Right at the hotel you can use free outdoor parking spaces. You arrive in an electric car? A charging station is available in the neighbour hotel.

Shuttle transfer from the station or airport

The local bus will take you from the station to the Wagnerhof hotel for free (show your booking confirmation)
From the airport you can use a shuttle service (€ 100.00 for up to 4 persons)

Public transport

Means of public transport can be used for free in the region.

Hiking and bike rental

We will be happy to lend hiking poles and backpacks to you. We offer a bike rental in cooperation with our neighbour hotel (special price of -10% for our guests).

What is included in the price?

 We will pamper you with half board (breakfast buffet & 5-course evening menu) and our Garden-SPA. That and more can bei found at our All inclusive services.

Do you offer lunch/an afternoon snack?

Yes. Our small bistro will invigorate you with cake, ice cream, hearty & healthy dishes (not included) according to the motto – you can, but do not have to.

What about allergies or intolerances?

We show consideration of special diets and eating habits. Please let us know in advance in this case so that we can prepare everything.

Are there a spa bag, towels and slippers?

A spa bag with bathrobe and slippers will be available for you in your room. Towels can be found on every level in the Garden-SPA. In consideration of the environment you can of course also bring your own slippers.

Is the hotel also suitable for families with children?

Yes, we also have children and children are therefore warmly welcome. Baby equipment such as children’s bathtub, kids‘ stool, bottle warmer and frame rucksack for hiking will be made available on site. Children can look forward to a trampoline in the garden, moreover, there will be a lot to discover in Pertisau and the whole region.

Holidays with the baby

We will be happy to provide young families with a baby set (children’s bathtub, kids’ stool, bottle warmer, frame rucksack). Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare everything.

Our sister hotel, Wagner’s Aparthotel,

is a “Familiennest” member and very popular with families. Culinary and our spa landscape can also be booked by guests of the apart hotel – the parent house and the sister hotel lie 2 minutes apart.

Where can I book treatments?

We recommend you to book your spa treatments before your arrival so that we can reserve your desired time for you. Otherwise you can book your treatment at the main reception or directly in the silence.SPA.

Is smoking allowed?

We are an „indoor non-smoking hotel“. We ask smokers to use the balcony or the terrace. In consideration of the other guests we kindly ask you to use the ashtrays at the two hotel entrances.
