To create even better holiday opportunities for families in the future, we spent some thought a little while ago on building a separate, dreamy apartment house. A house that came to be only 5 minutes from the hotel and was opened in summer. Dream homes of 75 m2 each with two bedrooms each, the sun terrace with a view of the lake is included. Just like the exclusive furniture, the use of the GardenSpa with pools and relaxation rooms in the hotel Wagnerhof, and underground parking for your vehicle.
Do you prefer self-catering or half-board?
The culinary indulgence programme: The apartments are based on self-catering. But of course, you will also have the possibility to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the hotel (half board) or to use the bread service. It is built and furnished in the typical Wagnerhof style: The highest quality for the high demands of our guests. With many fabrics, wood, stone and love from the region. Carried out by many regional handicraft businesses that know their profession and love their work.
Apartment “Sunseit”?
The name means “sunny side” and is to be taken literally: Our house is built in a place where you will be spoiled with very much sun – if it shines, of course :-)

The fine spa retreat is waiting just 5 minutes from the doorstep of your apartment. Just switch off, swim out, soak up the heat, sweat in the sauna or enjoy the healing touch of a massage.

Fine dining and drinks in Pertisau
When it comes to dining, you can either get active in your apartment kitchen. All necessary equipment with all essentials will be ready for you. Fresh rolls for breakfast? If you wish, we can deliver them to your apartment (extra charge). Or you can let us cook for you in our Wagnerhof restaurant, which we do with great pleasure and passion. Then you can expect a gourmet breakfast or an evening menu in 5 courses (extra charge). Reservations are requested so that we can lay a table for you.
Cheerful family team
One hand washes the other, or: The family ties are as strong as a Tyrolean bull. And we can be a little proud of that. Just as we are proud of our farm that is run by Josef Jr. and Josef Sr. The milk, cheese and meat from our own production go directly into the hotel kitchen at the Wagnerhof to be turned into various delicacies. When he is not working on the farm, Josef Jr. can be found in Wagner's Aparthotel where he is the host. And then there is Claudia, Andrea's daughter, and Markus, who are in charge of the main house, the Wagnerhof. And the Wagnerhof Apartments themselves? Daughter Moni runs them with her Georg.
