Indulgence is something that we can do – with words, actions and of course with dishes. From the indulgence breakfast to the 5-course evening menu we will bring one smile after the other to your lips, in the true sense of the word. Austrian indulgence cuisine which does not shut itself off to international trends, though – provided that we find them convincing.
Let our cuisine pamper your palate within the scope of our included services. In our kitchen we cook like we have always used to. With a big heart for the region, our country Tyrol and its manifold gifts for the stomach. Regionality not because it became a trend at some point, but because it has always been a matter of course in our philosophy. Our commitment when it comes to quality, both in our own farm and in the selection of our producers, has incidentally earned us the membership of bewusst.Tirol.
Breakfast
In the morning an inviting breakfast buffet will awaken your senses. All the things that will await you there! Actually too much to list everything. Nevertheless, we would like to give away a little bit. Fresh eggs from grandma’s henhouse, fragrant bread variants from the local bakery, sausage specialties from our neighbouring butchery, milk from our own farm, yoghurt from the neighbouring farmer, sweet stuff from our favourite bakery “Schipflinger”, aromatic coffee, a selection of teas by Teekanne & Althaustee, juices rich in vitamins by Grapos, and and and. You can see, we take breakfast as the first meal of the day seriously.
Evening menu
In the evening you can expect 5 courses at the Wagnerhof hotel, just like 5 gears in a car. The main dish will be offered in three variants (fish, meat, vegetarian) with the organic meat mostly coming from our own farm in Pertisau. Everything will be garnished by the atmospheric, casual and comfortable dining rooms which will invite you to stay and to enjoy.
And during the day? At lunch, our culinary programme continues – those who would like to eat at the hotel can choose something from our small but nice bistro menu, whether healthy, sweet or savoury – not included according to the motto “You can, but do not have to”.
Not everyone can digest everything. If you suffer from an intolerance or an allergy, please tell us in advance, best before your arrival, so that we can prepare everything for special requirements. When you are here we will talk about the details when it comes to choosing your menu – very uncomplicatedly.
