Down-to-earth and honest – this is our guiding principle when it comes to food. For the quality of our products and groceries which we serve at our hotel in Pertisau is more important than anything. Sustainable thinking and our commitment to regionality are also mirrored in our farm. Knowing where our food comes from which we freshly prepare every day in our kitchen is indispensable when it comes to high-quality dishes for us and our guests. From the breakfast milk to our own cheese at the buffet to meat in top quality which becomes the highlight of the evening menu.

The host Josef and his son Josef have been running our farm for generations: Around 100 cattle grow up species-appropriate on our farm. The respectful animal husbandry as well as the sustainable agriculture of meadows, alpine pastures and the forest form the basis for the high-quality natural products in organic quality which we will serve you every day in your holidays at the Wagnerhof hotel. Because in the end good food is always an interaction of high-quality food, passion and heart.

Have you become curious? Then simply visit us on our farm in your holidays in Pertisau. We will be happy to give you a tour of the stable and introduce you to our friendly ruminants. After all they belong to the staff at the Wagnerhof hotel and make sure that the dishes in the restaurant taste as good as they taste. Like nature. Like Tyrol. Full of nutrients. Healthy.
